To provide freshmen with detailed and practical guides for life, study, and psychological adjustment, the Youth Volunteer Association of the School of Statistics and Mathematics held the Freshmen Set Sail, Guidelines Accompany University Guide Collection Activity from September 1st to 9th.
Since the launch of this online Freshmen Set Sail, Guidelines Accompany activity, it has received warm welcomes and active responses from students. The submitted tips cover a wide range of aspects, including campus life, study sharing, mental health, and various experiences, ranging from dining strategies in the canteen to borrowing guides in the library, from course selection tips to recruitment information for student organizations, and even how to cope with psychological fluctuations in the early days of university. They provide comprehensive and multi-faceted answers to questions from freshmen.
This activity not only helps freshmen gain an early understanding of university life but also brings new and old students closer together, fostering a warm and harmonious campus atmosphere, enabling freshmen to integrate into the new environment more quickly, bloom their own brilliance on the university campus, and write their own chapter of youth.
