In accordance with the spirit of the "Implementation Measures of Anhui University of Finance and Economics recommending outstanding fresh graduates to be exempted from the examinations for master's degree and postgraduate studies" document, after the college's promotion of the exemption student selection work group discussion, the following points are formulated:
I. Recommendation Rules
(I) Index allocation
1. It is proposed to recommend 3 people in applied mathematics (including mathematics, information and computing science);
2. Statistics (including statistics and applied statistics majors) plan to recommend 4 people;
3. It is proposed to recommend 4 persons for economic statistics.
(II) sorting rules
The college's leading student selection team and expert review team review the applicant's relevant materials, calculate the applicant's comprehensive score according to the college's implementing rules, and calculate the applicant's comprehensive score from high to low. The ratio of graduate student index 1: 1 determines the list of people to be recommended. For applicants with the same comprehensive grade, the applicants will be sorted from the highest to the lowest in the first six semesters. If the overall score and the total score of the compulsory exams in the first six semesters are the same, the applicants will be sorted from highest to lowest scores in scientific research and innovation ability. The total scores of the exempted students are composed of the total scores of the compulsory examinations, the awards, and the scientific research and innovation ability. Among them: the first six semesters of the compulsory examinations in the overall assessment scores accounted for 70%, the award-winning scores accounted for 15%, the scientific research and innovation ability scores accounted for 15%. The standard score calculation formula is:
Standard score = (total score ÷ highest score) × 100

III, supplementary notes
1. There is no upper limit for small bonus points for winning bonus points. After accumulating bonus points, standardized processing is performed. According to the total score, the corresponding proportional points are calculated from high to low points, which do not exceed the full points.
2. Under the same conditions, graduate students of our university are recommended first.
3. These rules will be implemented in 2020, and the previous rules will be invalidated.
