Mathematical Modeling
Course No.: SMJ2223221 Credit(s):2
Course Description
Mathematical Modeling is a mathematical technology course designed to cultivate students' mathematical modeling ability, apply computer software to solve problems and test the established models. This course emphasizes case-by-case analysis, balanced and reasonable treatment of theory and application.
Course Learning Outcomes
After studying the course, students can build mathematical models using appropriate mathematical tools under appropriate assumptions and apply the appropriate mathematical software for problems solving, and making a deep analysis on the results of the original problems, in order to have a deeper understanding of the objects.
