Speaker profile:

Lin Jinguan, male, doctor, statistics professor and doctoral supervisor. He used to be a professor in the Department of Mathematics, a leader in Statistics, and a deputy director of the Department of Southeast University. He is currently the Deputy Dean of the School of Statistics and Mathematics of Nanjing Audit University (chairing the work) and the Dean of the Institute of Statistical Science and Big Data. Mainly engaged in non-linear statistics, econometrics, financial statistics and risk measurement, statistical diagnosis, panel data analysis and statistical applications.

He graduated from East China Normal University with a Bachelor and Master degree in Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics. Since 2000, he has published more than 100 papers in core journals at home and abroad, of which more than 80 papers have been included in SCI and SSCI. Currently serves as the vice chairman of the Engineering Probability Statistics Society of the Chinese Field Statistics Research Society, the vice chairman of the Resources and Environment Society of the Chinese Field Statistics Research Society, the secretary general of the Jiangsu Probability Statistics Society, and the Chinese core journals "Applied Probability Statistics" and "Mathematics Statistics and Management"  Magazine editorial board, etc. He presided over 16 projects at the provincial and ministerial level or above, including 4 projects from the National Natural Science Foundation and the National Social Science Foundation.
